After having received a number of comments to my February post, I am reminded that I have been slacking off on my blogging. While I said that a beginning is a delicate time, it is also heads down time for me.  My friends know by now  that my first year in a new job I am pretty focused  as I learn a new culture, a new job, new customers, new everything.   I have also learned that the older I get, the more interesting it gets when you have to start over in a new company.  I especially like the challenge of building  a new network of colleagues that you can learn from and collaborate with. The good news is that I am feeling more comfortable in my new role (which was a career-change) and I am starting to  lift my head up more and connect with those important to me.  So, expect more posts from me and a gradual update of my website as I transition its purpose from one of seeking a role, to one of  sharing insights and connections.
